    In order to support and provide peace of mind to our customers, SmartDeen Pte Ltd herein refer to as SmartDeen or Smart Azan Clock would like to announce a One (1) year extended warranty period based on the following terms & conditions:

    1. Scope: Applicable to Smart Azan Clock only
    2. This campaign is ONLY applicable to purchases within the period of 1st April 2023 to 31st Dec 2023
    3. An additional one (1) year extended warranty is only for ALL PARTS. 
    1. All warranty is based on the date of purchase of receipt or invoice. An original copy of the receipt or invoice is required for warranty claim purposes.
    2. Other terms and conditions stated in the warranty card are still valid.
    3. SmartDeen will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge during the First & Second years if due to a manufacturing fault.

    Yes, Smart Azan Clock (classic) needs active internet connection to setup your local prayer time and settings which you need to sync via SmartDeen Classic App. Once setup is done you don't need internet/wifi

    A wall mount Azan clock frees up shelf, floor or table space and allows for an ambient audio experience. They are also particularly perfect for shared and social listening experiences, whether it’s a favourite Dua or the playlist from Quran.

    Shipping & Returns

    Yes. We ship globally to over 180 countries. Depending on your country, it will take 14-18 business days to deliver in our standard shipping method.

    A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order.

    This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
